do my points expire?

your points expire after 1 year of inactivity (no points earned and no redemptions made).

can I return my order if I redeemed points for discounts?

yes, you can return your order, but discounts are not automatically returned. please work with our customer service team for any concerns regarding this.

I have more than one reward or discount code. can I use multiple for the same order?

you can only use one reward at a time. Rewards can be used in conjunction with products that are already discounted such as bundles, but not with other discount codes.
