Limited Warranty Policy

Customers within Malaysia who purchase nobs design products through our official website are automatically entitled to a 1-year limited warranty.

This warranty includes a one-time replacement of the same product within the warranty period and covers manufacturing defects that affect the product's usability, including:

  • Hinge defects or malfunctions
  • Stitching separation
  • Adhesive failure
  • Other manufacturing-related defects determined by our team

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To make a claim, please email us at nobsdesign.co@gmail.com. Kindly provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo and/or video evidence of the defect

All warranty claims will be reviewed within 3 business days.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use
  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, scuffs, dents, discoloration, or fading
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorised modifications
  • Damage resulting from exposure to extreme conditions, chemicals, or improper storage

Personalized / Customized Items

Once you confirm your personalization details (e.g. engraving text) at checkout, production begins and we are unable to accept cancellations, changes, or refunds for change of mind.

Personalized items are covered for manufacturing defects only (e.g. hinge, stitching, or adhesive issues) — not for dissatisfaction with the personalization itself, including wording, spelling, or placement approved by the customer at checkout.

  • Manufacturing defect claims on personalized items must be reported within 14 days of delivery (rather than the standard 1-year warranty window), with photo and/or video evidence, to nobsdesign.co@gmail.com.
  • Approved claims will be replaced using the original personalization details submitted with the order.

Important Notes

  • This warranty is valid only for purchases made through our official website within Malaysia.
  • For overseas customers that require assistance, please email us directly at nobsdesign.co@gmail.com
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.
  • We reserve the right to reject warranty or refund requests, or limit compensation, if we reasonably determine that our warranty or refund policies are being misused or abused.
